This module presents an overview of the features in progress for Cherwell Service Management for January 2020.
Lawrence is currently a Product Owner at Cherwell Software. He brings 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, including 3 years in Product Management. Laurence graduated from South Thames College in London in Digital Video Production. After graduating, Laurence shifted gears from the media industry to focus on a career in Information Technology. He is a seasoned traveler and has spent time working in Europe, the Middle East, and now the US. Laurence’s role on the Cherwell Product Management team is to build the best-in-class OOTB features in CSM. Laurence also creates new mApps that can be seen on the Cherwell mApp Exchange.
