During this module we will be reviewing frequent support call scenarios and learning how to follow established Cherwell processes to resolve those tickets.

This module walks through different scenarios to demonstrate how to resolve tickets regarding IIS, Blueprint, Documentation, Scheduling, and One-Step Issues. It also addresses the following skills needed by Support Call Technicians: Capture SQL Backup, Refresh Hosted System, Performing Upgrades, Installation, and applying a mApp to a System. v.10.0.
