Integrating the Azure mApp

Integration with the Microsoft Azure Cloud application controls Virtual Machines (“VM”) and allows customers to request and automatically set-up VMs through the Portal or the Cherwell Service Management Client. The Azure mApp automates provisioning as well as second day Actions such as restart, start, shutdown, de-allocate and reset access of a VM. Emily Pace teaches you how to integrate Azure and provides a troubleshooting checklist. She demonstrates the benefits of ease of use of provisioning and tracking Virtual Machines. This is a feature added in 8.2.1.
