Aaron Alexander walks through setting up a One-Step to call a Web Service API, and how to consume someone else's API in the system. You will also see how to create a ticket in JIRA to identify a bug, and then use CSM to track the status of the bug.
Tanya teaches you how to create a new Specifics Form, think through your workflow, brainstorm the required fields and views of the Portal versus the Client. Next, you will create the form in a Blueprint in the Administrator Client (so you will need authority to create and publish). These forms will be allowed through the Security settings. Finally, you will map the fields to the Subcategories in the Specifics. Tanya steps you through the practical customizing of your workflow into your Specific forms.
